Shipments

MALAFAMA SAS will carry out national and international dispatches through a recognized logistics operator in Colombia, guaranteeing that the order will arrive at the desired address.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of the order or reject it.

Delivery times
The manufacturing and delivery time start counting from the approval of the payment.
The manufacturing time is approximately 5 days, except for orders that exceed 10 units.
The delivery time is approximately four (4) business days for the main cities of Colombia.
The logistics operator for the required destination will assign the delivery time for orders outside of Colombia.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the product or in the shipping cost, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
MALAFAMA SAS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any delay caused by the customs process is outside our control and does not change the delivery time commitments of MALAFAMA SAS.

Returns & Exchanges
The customer has the right to withdraw the purchase. Changes and returns must be managed through our website and must be made within five (5) calendar days after receiving the order.
Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must have their respective labels and original packaging.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used in the purchase within thirty (30) days after the product was received, provided the above conditions are met.
The customer must assume the cost of transportation.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes and fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
We do not make exchanges or returns on personal-use items, such as bodysuits.
